Why is the heater blowing cool air when I turn it on?
It starts in Fan mode. Make sure the rear power switch is on, then press Mode to choose Low (1000W), High (1500W) or ECO heat.
How does ECO mode work?
Set your target temperature using the temperature controls. Temperature adjustment is available only in ECO mode. When the room reaches the set temperature, the heater may blow cool air for about 30 seconds to protect its internal components.
Can I turn off the 3D flame effect?
Yes. The flame lights when the heater is powered on. Press Flame to turn the effect on or off.
How long can I set the timer?
Set the timer for up to 12 hours, in one-hour increments.
Why does the fan keep running after I turn the heater off?
The heater may blow cool air for about 30 seconds to one minute to cool its internal components before stopping.
What battery does the remote use?
The manual specifies a CR2025 3V coin battery. Keep new and used coin batteries out of children's reach.
Where should I place and plug in the heater?
Use it indoors, upright on a stable surface, with a 120V AC, 60Hz outlet and wiring suitable for its 1500W (12.5A) load. Keep it away from curtains and furniture, do not cover the air vents, and do not use it near a bathtub, shower or pool.
